About the Programme
The Lumwana Business Accelerator Programme is a capacity-building initiative by Barrick Lumwana Mining Company, implemented by BongoHive in partnership with Inde Capital and Frontier Capital Partners.
The programme supports 150 SMEs across a 12-month journey from profiling to graduation.
Year II transitions from theoretical foundations to a practical and technical development phase blending classroom learning with hands-on application to build competitive, self-sufficient local enterprises.
